Our Approach
Chiropractic Adjustment - Optimize your Health
The chiropractic adjustment is more than just a treatment, it’s a foundational step in reshaping your overall health and wellness. This hands-on approach is specifically designed to support and optimize the nervous system, improving communication between your brain and body.
Extremity Adjsuting
While the spine is our primary focus, we understand that injuries, wear-and-tear, or everyday stress can affect the shoulders, hips, knees, wrists, and other joints, impacting your mobility and quality of life.
Graston Scraping
The Graston Technique is a specialized form of Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) that uses precision stainless-steel tools to gently glide along muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This targeted approach helps break down scar tissue, adhesions, and restrictions caused by overuse, injuries, tension, or trauma.
Movement Manual
The Movement Manual is a complimentary resource for all members of the Primal Chiropractic family. Think of it as your personal companion on the journey to improved movement, strength, and overall wellness.
Transparent Communication
At Primal Chiropractic, we follow a simple but powerful principle: clear, consistent communication between doctor and patient. You are far more than a number or a symptom, you are a whole person with unique needs and goals.
Your body is built to adapt, heal, and respond to the world around you and it does all of that through the nervous system, your body’s master communication network
The brain uses this system to send signals to every cell, tissue, and organ, controlling everything from muscle activation and joint movement to heartbeat, digestion, and how you handle stress. Simply put, your nervous system influences every function in your body.
The spine protects this system, but over a lifetime, we’re constantly exposed to physical, chemical, and emotional stress. These stressors can change the way your spine moves, leading to restricted joints, poor movement patterns, and decreased structural stability. When this happens, it can interfere with how effectively the nerves send and receive messages. As this disruption builds, the body stops functioning at its best, often showing up as pain, anxiety, digestive issues, fatigue, or brain fog.
During your assessment, we use specific techniques, static palpation, motion palpation, and muscle evaluation to identify which areas of the spine have become restricted or aren’t moving properly. A chiropractic adjustment is not a cure, it helps restore proper motion, reduce tension on the nervous system, and improve the flow of information between the brain and body. This “reboots” your system, helping the brain regain clarity, improving how your body moves and feels, and increasing your overall resilience to daily stress.
