How We Serve
Chiropractic Adjustment
The chiropractic adjustment serves as a foundational pillar in reshaping the trajectory of your health. This hands-on approach is uniquely designed to influence your nervous system and enhance overall body function in ways you may have never experienced before.
Extremity Adjusting
While the spine remains our primary focus, we recognize that unexpected injuries and challenges can arise in the extremities and impact everyday life. Our trusted doctor brings the knowledge and expertise to assess, support, and maintain healthy mobility and function in each joint—helping ensure your whole body is moving and performing at its best.
Graston
Graston Technique is a form of Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) that uses specialized stainless-steel tools to gently glide over the fibers of muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This approach helps address fascial adhesions and scar tissue that may have developed from overuse, tension, previous injuries, or other forms of trauma.By reducing these restrictions, Graston supports improved mobility, increased blood flow, and enhanced healing.
Movement Manual
The Movement Manual is a complimentary resource available to all members of the Primal family. Think of it as a continual companion—designed to help you improve everyday movement patterns while also supporting you as you grow, evolve, and elevate your activity levels. This manual serves as both a guide and an accountability tool, giving you a place to revisit for direction, clarity, and consistent progress on your movement journey.
Transparent Communication
This principle is simple, yet often overlooked in today’s healthcare landscape: clear, consistent communication between doctor and patient. We believe you are far more than a number or a symptom—you are a whole human being. You deserve to be fully informed, supported, and included in every aspect of your care.
Your body is built to adapt, heal, and respond to the world around you—and it does all of that through the nervous system, your body’s master communication network
The brain uses this system to send signals to every cell, tissue, and organ, controlling everything from muscle activation and joint movement to heartbeat, digestion, and how you handle stress. Simply put, your nervous system influences every function in your body.
The spine protects this system, but over a lifetime, we’re constantly exposed to physical, chemical, and emotional stress. These stressors can change the way your spine moves, leading to restricted joints, poor movement patterns, and decreased structural stability. When this happens, it can interfere with how effectively the nerves send and receive messages. As this disruption builds, the body stops functioning at its best—often showing up as pain, anxiety, digestive issues, fatigue, or brain fog.
During your assessment, we use specific techniques—static palpation, motion palpation, and muscle evaluation—to identify which areas of the spine have become restricted or aren’t moving properly. A chiropractic adjustment is not a cure, it helps restore proper motion, reduce tension on the nervous system, and improve the flow of information between the brain and body. This “reboots” your system—helping the brain regain clarity, improving how your body moves and feels, and increasing your overall resilience to daily stress.
Chiropractic Care for Kids!
Although many people think of chiropractic care only for adults dealing with pain, it plays a pivotal role in a child’s long-term health and development. From the physical stress of birth to constant activity, falls, poor posture (hello, tech-neck), and everyday demands, children of all ages experience stress on their growing bodies. Chiropractic care helps support a foundation of resilient immunity, balanced development, and overall stability—setting them up for a stronger future. As the saying goes, "It’s easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.’”
Neck Pain
Pain is a real concern, and experiencing it in the neck is never ideal. Neck pain can stem from muscular sprains or strains, joint (facet) restrictions, muscle tension, mental stress, and of course, nerve pressure. Whatever the source, the pain you feel is your body’s alarm system telling you something isn’t right. While medication may help in the moment, it doesn’t address the true underlying cause. This can create a false sense of relief, allowing the issue to quietly worsen. Over time, you may start to experience symptoms like numbness, tingling, or radiating pain down the arm — clear signs of radiculopathy and direct nerve involvement, which are more complex to manage. Chiropractic adjustments help correct the problem at its source. By restoring motion and alignment in the neck, we stimulate the “headquarters” of the nervous system, promoting optimal healing, reducing stress on the nerves, and supporting long-term resilience. This is how we help your body feel and function better.
Low Back Pain
Low back pain has become so common that many people see it as a normal part of life. In fact, 85% of people report experiencing low back pain at some point. Yet only about 15% of those cases receive an actual diagnosis. The rest are labeled as “non-specific low back pain” and are often treated with muscle relaxers—providing temporary relief but never addressing the true underlying issue. Chiropractic adjustments change that. When we restore proper movement in the low back, we increase the brain’s awareness of what’s happening in the area. This improved communication helps the body create real, lasting healing changes and strengthens the region for future demands. Movement is medicine—and adjustments help the body use that medicine the way it was designed.
Headaches/Migraines
Did you know that — according to the World Health Organization — 1 in 20 people experience headaches every day or nearly every day? On top of that, around 40% of the world (that’s 3.1 billion individuals) report some form of headache disorder. That number is not just “common” — it’s not normal, and it shouldn’t be treated as a permanent label. Calling it a disorder can feel like there’s no solution, and sadly, it can become part of someone’s identity. Chiropractic adjustments can change that narrative. By reducing the brain’s workload and easing pressure on the nerves, ultimately helping your system relax. Also, tension in surrounding tissues, like tight muscles, also decrease — which is often a major contributor to headache pain. As a result, patients often regain control over headaches that once felt uncontrollable.
Mental Health
Awareness around mental health has continued to grow—and rightfully so. When chemical imbalances combined with ongoing negative environmental factors, their effects can intensify, often leading to anxiety, depression, low energy, or difficulty focusing. By keeping the entire system connected and functioning well, we create a stronger internal foundation—one that helps buffer against those external stressors, supports clearer thinking, and allows you to operate as your truest and most resilient self.
